GD HUMAN CAPITAL, Headhunting and Selection Agency from CUATRECASAS, is currently seeking a Lead Analyst (Quality Management Department) to work for an important multinational Telecom company.

LEAD ANALYST, QUAILTY MANAGEMENT

- Assures quality of main programmes and services via audit and (independent) membership at review boards
- Accountable to Quality Manager / Head of Quality
- Monitor and analyse standard performance measures for use by Divisional Quality Manager
- Auditing and ensuring that remedial, corrective & preventative actions are recorded monitored & implemented for audit nonconformities
- Ensure remedial, corrective & preventative actions are recorded monitored & implemented for audit nonconformities
- Assure Project Delivery (time, cost and “to-specification”) through membership of / attendance at Project Boards
- Forms part of process improvement team(s)

Barcelona

- Perfect English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to act independently to influence others to deliver quality at project level
- 2+ years Audit (Internal, External, Operational or Quality) Experience
- 2+ years Project Management Experience
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent domain of MS Office (Excel & PPT)
- Very analytical mindset (quantitative & qualitative)
