 Introducción: 
The Business Continuity Manager will be responsible for BCRP and Crisis Management
program across the Company in Barcelona.

This position will take "tactical" direction from the Business Continuity Management in group in main Headquarters (UK).

This position requires interaction with management across multiple business functions and regions. In addition strong communication and written skills is a requirement in order to assist in the development and management of global business continuity program as well as for creation of the crisis management framework for all sites of the Company (current and future ones).

BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGER
 Funciones: 
Develop the BCRP methodology that is inclusive of the tools, processes, communications
mechanisms and training required in order to ensure that business continuity plans are
developed validated and executable at time of business interruption.

Provide a framework for building both resilience and the capability for an effective response that safeguards the interests of the Company business. Travel will be required in order to interface with Business Continuity planners and business leaders across the various sites and India.

Keys to success will be the ability to champion Business Continuity & Crisis Management
processes within the business and its functions. Main activities to include but not limited to the following:

1) Alignment of BCRP objectives with corporate goals: Identification of core business activities and functions that will need to be sustained at time of business interruption
2) Risk Assessment: Facilitate/Assist executive sessions at business levels in order to
determine critical risks, and potential impact to the Company core functions and activities in the case of a business interruption
3) Create joint participation in continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing
4) Design, develop BCRP methodology training materials. Lead and/or facilitate training
sessions for all sites.
 Localización: 
Barcelona
 Requisitos: 
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Working knowledge of IT and Business processes.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate crisis management incidents is a must.
- 2 to 3 years experience within BCP and Crisis Management Organization, Project
Management or Consultant Experience.
