GD HUMAN CAPITAL needs to fill a LEAD LABOUR RISKS TECHNICIAN position in Barcelona.

LEAD LABOUR RISKS TECHNICIAN

• Within People & Change team, take responsibility of Labour risks prevention department of the Company.
• Design and implement prevention procedures.
• Responsible of the legal requirements regarding initial training, first aid, fire/emergency.
• Implement annual medical examinations.
• Prepares and takes part to the Health & Safety committees meetings.
• Supports People & Change Manager in projects, research and operational activities.
• Provides trend data, standard reports including basic analysis to line management.
• Supports key People & Change processes out of the Labour risk prevention’s specific. area
• Liaises with third party providers on existing contracts.

Barcelona

• Requires some 2/3 years experience in Labour risks prevention as Technician in external prevention company or within internal risk prevention’s department.
• Excellent level of English is mandatory and high level of Spanish required
• Requires methodical approach to work and strong interpersonal skills. Team player, prepared to be flexible in the work undertaken.
