Puesto:
LEAD PAYROLL TECHNICIAN
Funciones:
•Prepare and ensure the payroll processing accuracy for over 500 employees.
•Is responsible for general benefits administration. •Recommends benefits changes and upgrades & manage the lifecycle of benefits including design, delivery and administration. •Advises Managers and employees on: •Provides trend data, standard reports (e.g. headcount reporting) including basic analysis to line management. Localización:
Barcelona
Requisitos:
•Requires at least 3/5 years of experience as a Human resources practitioner in an international environment, with broad knowledge across compensation & benefits administration.
•Possess a relevant payroll technical background and proven field experience in Spain field. Se Ofrece:
•Excellent level of English is mandatory and high level of Spanish required.
•Requires methodical approach to work and strong interpersonal skills. Team player, prepared to be flexible in the work undertaken. |
