LEGAL MANAGER
Funciones:
•Provides professional and pro-active legal advice in the context of the Group's Employment Legal & Regulatory strategy for Spain and for Europe.
•Ensures employment and industrial relations legal risk is managed locally and in accordance with the Group’s People and Change operations across Europe. •Supports the Executive/senior management team in Company Barcelona through the provision of hands-on employment legal advice under direction from the Commercial Legal & Regulatory. Localización:
Barcelona
Requisitos:
•Requires substantial experience as a qualified legal professional with broad knowledge of Spanish labour law.
•Proven experience as company lawyer in Spanish field. •Generalist experience in external legal advisors’ coordination, vendor contract analysis, company status, labour law, corporate, mercantile, etc. •Qualified lawyer in local jurisdiction with approx 3 to 5 years post qualification experience. •Native Spanish speaker & high level of English are mandatory. |
