This position requires a person belonging to the IT/TELCO area to manage a team of 10/20 people.

Funciones:
Key responsabilities:
•Provide a professional service delivering combinations of products and services. through customer support and installation activity to customers, maximising revenue potential and achieving customer service excellence. •Collates statistical data for management reporting. •Coaches new starters and more junior Customer Support staff where necessary. •Build effective relationships with Customer Support teams for escalations and process improvement initiatives. •Conduct quality checks to ensure that the team projects a professional image and provides a quality service at all times. Localización:
Barcelona
Requisitos:
•Knowledge of the telecoms business.
•Minimum 3 years experience at supervisory level. •Willing to accept a 6 month fixed assignment. •Native level of German and fluent written and spoken English. •Previous experience in managing a team of 10/20 people. |
